Pamphlet "Why? How? What? - 15 Q&A on Banks"

JBA published a pamphlet, "Why? How? What? - 15 Q&A on Banks," which presents a simple explanation on questions frequently asked by consumers (written in Japanese). JBA printed 300,000 copies and distributed these to members and consumer centers nationwide.The pamphlet aims to assist consumers in understanding banks' roles and functions, products and services, and the environment surrounding banks. It answers simple questions such as "Why are there banks?" and "Why do so many banks close their branches at 3:00 p.m.?" Questions of social interest are also covered including "What is the situation of non-performing loans?" and "How far have banks themselves restructured?"
