Succession of Statistics on Syndicated and Transferred Loans Announced

On January 15, Japanese Bankers Association and the Bank of Japan agreed and announced that Japanese Bankers Association would take over compilation of statistics on Syndicated and Transferred Loans from the Bank of Japan from fiscal 2008. Japanese Bankers Association (Research Department) will start compiling the statistics from the first quarter of fiscal 2008 (April-June 2008) to be released in July 2008.
