JBA was granted by the Financial Services Agency (FSA) a certification of a certified investor protection organization as defined under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law on October 1, the day the Mediation Committee began operations.
JBA as the certified investor protection organization will work to resolve complaints and propose mediation concerning interest swaps, currency swaps, foreign currency deposits, derivative deposits, etc. handled by covered institutions (157 banks) in accordance with the “Investor Protection Guidelines.”
