Japanese Bankers Association

JBA Published “Bank Education in Various Life Stages” (written in Japanese)

JBA created an educational tool for developing understanding among high school students concerning the function and roles, etc. of banks titled, “Bank Education in Various Life Stages—An Easy to Understand Story about Banks,” and sent it to high schools and consumer affairs centers throughout Japan.

The educational tool was created in such a way as to introduce how to use banks in various life stages. The tool helps high school students learn about financial and economic structures and things of importance as a consumer, as well as the importance of planning one’s life in the long term. JBA also prepared a Life Plan Sheet at the end of the educational tool for students to fill in by imagining their own future, so that they may take the initiative in their study.
