On October 20, JBA compiled a “JBA Measures to Facilitate Financing.” This is in response to the “measures to facilitate financing” that was finalized in May 2009.
Specifically, the document covers the execution of the following measures:
[Measures for Corporations]
- Establish a “Corporate Information Posting Site (tentative name)” on the JBA website and add two new functions: (1) a corporate information billboard and (2) a billboard that posts helpful information concerning management.
[Measures for Retail Customers]
- Enhance the JBA website in four areas: (1) Enrich explanations of housing loans and related information, (2) Enhance the simulation function for housing loans, (3) Introduce a map information service for easy searches of local branches of banks, etc. and (4) Enhance the function for providing counseling to borrowers who are finding it difficult to make payments.
