Results of Better Banking Services Survey Published (only in Japanese)

JBA published the results of the “Better Banking Services Survey” on November 30.

This survey was conducted over the Internet in August this year with responses from 3,500 persons of both genders nationwide from the ages of 18 to 79.

The survey covered various topics, including changing awareness toward banks (evaluation of banks’ handling of products with risks, expectations/dissatisfaction concerning settlement services) and evaluation of JBA activities (expectations of the Consumer Relations Office, need for corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities such as financial education).
