[1] A customer makes a call to the JBA Customer Relations Center in a foreign language (English, Chinese or Korean).

[2] The consultant at the JBA Customer Relations Center puts the call on hold, connects the call to an interpretation company, and requests for an interpretation service.

[3] A three-way call starts. Customer can speak to the interpreter.

[4] The consultant communicates through the interpreter and provides consultation.

[5] As per Japanese Banking Law and the comprehensive directive guidelines in place at designated institutions for conflict resolution, any issues raised by a customer in the consultation rooms of the Japanese Bankers Association may be later publicized, albeit in such a way that cannot identify the customer.

[4] 全银协咨询室的咨询员通过翻译参加通话，接受咨询。

[5] 在全国银行协会相谈室，基于针对银行法以及制定纠纷解决机构的综合性的监督指针，顾客提议的内容用会以不会被特定到个人的方式公布。请务必谅解。
