The Board of Directors Meeting held on December 21 nominated six Vice Chairmen for fiscal 2005 and assigned five standing Committees to the Chairman and the Vice Chairmen as follows.
These Chairman and Vice Chairmen will be officially elected at the Board of Directors Meeting in April 2005. The official assignment to Committees will be made at the Chair Committee meeting to be held after the new Chairman and Vice Chairmen are officially elected.
