Opinion on the draft "Cabinet Ordinance for Amending Enforcement Rules of the Insurance Business Law"

JBA submitted its opinion concerning the draft "Cabinet Ordinance for Amending Enforcement Rules of the Insurance Business Law" to the Financial Services Agency (Planning and Coordination Bureau) on July 1.In the opinion, JBA asks that the enforcement measures to prevent abuses consider the ability to practically apply rules without hindering actual business practices. Then, the opinion paper lists various items requiring checking and confirmation, as well as requests regarding the released draft and operational guidelines.
