In light of growing problems concerning excessive borrowing, JBA produced the video, "What was Wrong with Me? - Being Smart about Loans & Credit" (VHS), to help potential borrowers acquire proper knowledge about utilizing loans and credit and to prevent excessive borrowing. JBA prepared 7,000 copies and distributed them to high schools and consumer centers nationwide. The video features the following content.
