In response to the broad social issue that has arisen from the counterfeiting of building structure calculation forms, JBA agreed to the following on housing loans involving the violations at a Board of Directors Meeting on November 30.
| 1. | When banks receive queries on this matter from customers, they will handle them properly by hearing the customer's claim in detail and indicating the bank representative handling the matter. |
| 2. | When banks receive a request for a grace period from customers concerning repayment, banks will handle them sincerely, including granting grace when the circumstances of individual customers merit such. |
