The Board of Directors Meeting held on December 20, 2005 nominated six Vice Chairmen for fiscal 2006 and assigned five Standing Committees to the Chairman and the Vice Chairmen as follows.
The Chairman and Vice Chairmen will be officially elected at the Board of Directors Meeting in April 2006. The official assignment to Committees will be made at the Chair Committee meeting to be held after the new Chairman and Vice Chairmen are officially elected.
