JBA Opinion on Draft Guidelines for Supervising Financial Conglomerates

JBA submitted its opinion on the draft Guidelines for Supervising Financial Conglomerates to the Financial Services Agency (FSA) on May 27.The opinion paper asks the FSA to clarify the content and the relationship with existing legislation and supervisory guidelines.
