JBA published the results of the "Better Banking Services Survey" on November 1.

The survey covered changing confidence in banks, evaluation of bank streamlining, ways to dispense bank profits, level of satisfaction with bank explanations about risk when selling products, need for banking agents, reminders for services provided to the elderly, countermeasures for financial crimes, measures to prevent excessive borrowing, information channel for financial products/services and expectations for bank CSR activities.
